Privacy policy

Draft — pending legal review. This page explains, in plain terms, what Tea Time collects and why.
What we collect
- Account data — your public Steam profile (Steam ID, display name, avatar) when you log in, and your Discord ID if you link Discord.
- Gameplay data — in-game stats (kills, playtime, resources) and entitlement status (VIP, kits) tied to your Steam ID.
- Technical data — basic request logs and a single cookie that stores your light/dark theme choice. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To run your account, show entitlements, and populate leaderboards.
- To operate and secure the servers (anti-cheat, anti-teaming, moderation).
- To process purchases and deliver in-game benefits.
Who we share it with
Service providers that make Tea Time work — Supabase (database & auth), our payment processor (PayNow), Discord and Steam. We don't sell your data.
Your choices
You can unlink Discord, request deletion of your account data, or ask what we hold by opening a ticket in our Discord.
