Accounts

You're responsible for your Steam and Discord accounts and any activity under them. Don't share accounts or impersonate staff.

Purchases

• Purchases are processed by our payment provider and grant in-game benefits (VIP, kits). Benefits are time-savers, never competitive power.
• Charge-backs or payment fraud result in a permanent ban across the network.
• Refund policy and purchase terms are set at checkout.

Conduct

Cheating, exploiting, exceeding group limits, and the behavior listed in our rules can get you removed without refund.

Availability

We aim for high uptime but provide the service “as is.” Wipes, maps and features can change.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in Discord.
