This page explains, in plain terms, what Tea Time collects and why.
What we collect
- Account data — your public Steam profile (Steam ID, display name, avatar) when you log in, and your Discord ID if you link Discord.
- Gameplay data — in-game stats (kills, playtime, resources) and entitlement status (VIP, kits) tied to your Steam ID.
- Builder contact — a verified email address when you publish a base. It is stored separately from the public base and creator profile.
- Technical data — basic request logs and a single cookie that stores your light/dark theme choice. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To run your account, show entitlements, and populate leaderboards.
- To operate and secure the servers (anti-cheat, anti-teaming, moderation).
- To process purchases and deliver in-game benefits.
- To confirm a builder's address and send the one notification that their reviewed base video is ready. We do not add builder addresses to a marketing list.
Who we share it with
Service providers that make Tea Time work — Vercel, our payment processor (PayNow), Cloudflare Email Service, Discord and Steam. We don't sell your data.
Your choices
You can unlink Discord, change or remove your builder email, request deletion of your account data, or ask what we hold by opening a ticket in our Discord.
