The Loading Bay is a solo/duo Rust base design in the Tea Time base library, built from 165 building entities — bunkered. Measured from the blueprint: 3 storeys, single building. Materials run about 10k wood, 16k stone, 9k metal frags, 200 HQM. A base this size fits the Twig plot (3,000 entities).
