The Windwell is a trio/quad Rust base design in the Tea Time base library, built from 1,165 building entities — multi-tc. Measured from the blueprint: 10 storeys, with annexes. Materials run about 49k wood, 70k stone, 103k metal frags, 1.9k HQM. A base this size fits the Twig plot (3,000 entities).
