Concentric Moat is a small group (5–8) Rust base design in the Tea Time base library, built from 1,711 building entities — multi-tc. Measured from the blueprint: 8 storeys, with annexes. Materials run about 70k wood, 92k stone, 176k metal frags, 2k HQM. A base this size fits the Twig plot (3,000 entities).
