The Wind Thicket is a large group (8+) Rust base design in the Tea Time base library, built from 3,886 building entities. Measured from the blueprint: 12 storeys, with annexes. Materials run about 200k wood, 4k stone, 455k metal frags, 1.2k HQM. A base this size fits the Taster plot (7,000 entities).
