Rust Briar is a large group (8+) Rust base design in the Tea Time base library, built from 4,872 building entities — multi-tc. Measured from the blueprint: 12 storeys, with annexes. Materials run about 248k wood, 20k stone, 565k metal frags, 850 HQM. A base this size fits the Taster plot (7,000 entities).
