Turbine Paddock is a small group (5–8) Rust base design in the Tea Time base library, built from 1,536 building entities — multi-tc. Measured from the blueprint: 11 storeys, with annexes. Materials run about 64k wood, 149k stone, 118k metal frags, 369 HQM. A base this size fits the Twig plot (3,000 entities).
