The Banded Cask is a small group (5–8) Rust base design in the Tea Time base library, built from 2,175 building entities — multi-tc. Measured from the blueprint: 9 storeys, with annexes. Materials run about 170k wood, 15k stone, 245k metal frags, 2.2k HQM. A base this size fits the Twig plot (3,000 entities).
