Stilt Quadrant is a large group (8+) Rust base design in the Tea Time base library, built from 2,825 building entities — multi-tc. Measured from the blueprint: 11 storeys, with annexes. Materials run about 120k wood, 335k metal frags, 640 HQM. A base this size fits the Twig plot (3,000 entities).
