Moat Bastion is a small group (5–8) Rust base design in the Tea Time base library, built from 1,633 building entities — multi-tc. Measured from the blueprint: 10 storeys, with annexes. Materials run about 80k wood, 27k stone, 170k metal frags, 2.2k HQM. A base this size fits the Twig plot (3,000 entities).
